Data Acquisition Failed Errors

- uninstall NT7 via control panel
- clear your browser cache
- download and install again NT7B15

I started receiving the pop up messages again when trying to load a chart before market hours. I sent the log files, if someone could look into this i would appreciate it.

The message says "Error on loading chart data for 'AAPL Default':Error - Hdr: 400 Data acquistion failed for 1 of 1 requests. Error retrieving data. Im running Ninjatrader v. 7.0.0.15

Dierk, I sent the log files in about 30 minutes ago. Do i need to check an option to send the "complete" log files? thanks

Strange. I just tried to reproduce the situation (by putting in an invalid mapping name for a stock instrument at Tolls->Instrument manager) and got the exact same error message as you, which then was filtered out by NT as expected. Hmm...

Could you please try this:
- uninstall NT7
- clear your browser cache
- download and install NT7 again
I wonder if that would make any difference

I reinstalled NinjaTrader and it doesnt pop up an error message for stocks but it does pop up an error message when i try to put an index in (^DJIA or ^SP500).

There are two messages when i try to bring up a chart of ^DJIA. One says "Error on loading chart data 'DJIA Nyse':Error - Hdr:400 Service FAILED getting Price History, REASON: Index: 0, Size: 0The system is temporarily unavailable, please try your request again later".

The other message says td:ERROR: HISTBACKFILL"$INDU" Hdr: 400 Service FAILED getting Price History, REASON: Index: 0, Size: 0The system is temporarily unavailable, please try your request again later.

TDA reported that they had to throttle the data due to extreme load. Please follow up with your broker if you needed details. Thanks
