Tick with IB

Hello,

When I create a new chart 114 ticks with 3 days back when I input OK. Impossible to have the 3 days back.

Do you know where is the problem.

Can you please let me know who your data provider is? Also, do receive historical data for other intervals, such as minute charts?

I apologize. I didn't see you already mentioned your data provider. The reason that you are unable to view 3 days back with IB is because they do not offer historical tick data. Please see the following link.

The tick data will be stored in real time, and so as you build your charts using real-time data it will then be available in the future since it is stored in the database.

I did'nt remember this point. I just reinstall NT because I have had a problem.
