NYBOT not supported by Ninja Trader?

My broker have set me up with YM and FTSE100 Futures, and there is no problem, but I can seem to get the russell 2000 TF 12-09'

The log says

exchange ICE_NYBOT not supported by Ninja Trader

My broker have said, they have done everything their side

?

Please reset your instrument list by clicking Tools > Options > Misc Tab > Reset Instruments.
After doing so, please test TF again.

I done what you said but sill not working ..

My broker have even re set his side, my broker said, is the mapping corret your side?

I can get the YM and FTSE 100 Futures, but cant seem to get the Russell 2000 under the symbol TF 12-09.............broker symbol for the mini russell is MN RUS 2000 ?

Can you please go to Tools-->Instrument Manager. Highlight the TF in the 'Available master instruments' section and click Edit.

What exchange is enabled? Make sure the Nybot exchange is enabled.
Click the Misc-tab and ensure TF is entered next to Patsystems.

If the issue persists, please click the Pats-button in the upper right corner of the Instrument Manager (when connected) and check if the TF is listed.

Please take the following steps:

From the Control Center, click Tools > Instrument Manager.
In the instrument manager, select TF from the list on the right and click Edit.
In the instrument editor, ensure that all settings match those shown in the attached screenshot.

Note that in the Definition tab, under Exchanges, NYBOT is the only exchange checked.

I am receiving data with these settings on my side. If you do not, please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Kyle" in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) Your most recent trace file.
You will find the trace file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

3.) Your login credentials for the PATSystems connection. Specifically, I would need the following:

• User Name
• Password
• Server Type (default is “Live” if not specified)
• SuperTAS enabled/disabled
• Host Address
• Host Port
• Price Address
• Price Port

Install the current version over your existing installation.
After doing so, start NinjaTrader, connect to PATSystems and let me know if you are able to receive data for TF.
