DataBox column size

    DataBox column size

    Greetings

    I have no idea how the DataBox columns were resized to this:



    Is there anyway to go back to Databox's default column size settings?

    Hello svrz,

    Thank you for your post.

    The databox can be resized by left clicking on one of the borders and dragging your mouse.

    Please let me know if this does the trick for you.

      Thanks for the reply, Kyle.

      Unfortunartely the problem is not the size of the Databox itself, it is the columns. As you can see in the above image, the left hand column for some reason has become way oversized. I can't find a way to get this column to resize back to its original size.

        Hello svrz,

        Thank you for your reply and the clarification.

        Please try removing one indicator at a time from your chart as a test.

        Perhaps one contains extra spaces that result in the sizing of the databox columns being off.

          Once again I refer you to the image posted above. The oversized column contains only text. Until this morning, there were no issues with the databox. Unfortunately I think I inadverdently and unknowingly dragged something in the viccinity of the databox that caused this problem.

          Here is the databox for a price only chart:



          The data column is undersized and the text column is oversized.

          Here is the databox resized:



          In the above image, the databox has to be resized to ridiculous proportions in order for the data column to be viewable.

          Can you kindly ask your developers which registry keys or some configuration entries have to be edited in order to get back the default column sizes?

            Thank you for your reply.

            This would not have anything to do with registry settings.

            Please open a new workspace (File > Workspaces > New Workspace), open a new chart there within and let me know if you see the same issue.
