Unable to see ATM Strategies after going live

    Unable to see ATM Strategies after going live

    Hi,
    I just logged in using my live account id and password for the first time. I am not able to select any strategy in Chart trader. I was able to create strategies when i was using the demo account.
    The drop down list below "ATM Strategies" is greyed out
    Even when i go into the ATM Strategy Template box I can't create any strategies even though i have selected my live account id.

    Could you please help?

        Can you please forward me the license key you are currently using within NinjaTrader so I may further assist. Please send your key to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris" in the subject line.

        In the message, please include the following:
