Sell stop does not get processed

    Sell stop does not get processed

    Guys,
    you gotta help me here. Sell stops did not work on several occasions lately. Strategy works. Triggers the sell stop, but it "hangs" there in the "Pending" status. As a result - losses. I work with TDA. Who's fault is this, NT or TDA? Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Please provide trace logs and timestamp as to when this occured.

      Where do I find the trace logs? How would you like me to provide them to you?

          Guys,
          I sent you the log and the trace files. And received a very weak, to say the least (better to say, lousy), answer.

          "Did I let it run with Trance Orders = true?" ????? Did anyone tell me that I need to let it run with Trace Orders = true?

          "Your files are hard to decipher?" ????????? Well, it is your files, files generated by your software. You are the experts, supposedly.

          Looks like someone just reverts the problem back to me, or waits till I just give up on the problem, and learn to live with it, rather than really trying to figure out the problem.

          Did not expect this from NT.

            I just responded to your reply send to support, please follow the suggestions given there and review the links carefully. Also, with hard to decipher I meant that the files you sent in were not in the regular format due to I believe regional settings you use, thus my suggestion to contact us again with those files using our Help > Mail to Support feature, thanks.
