    Opening Chart crashes NinjaTrader

    For some reason, everytime I open a chart, it crashes NinjaTrader. Everything was working fine during the trading day. I did install the latest version of NinjaTrader. Went back to the previous version just in case - doesn't matter - still crashes when I open a new chart.

    I only trade the Russell Emini. It's the only chart that crashes NT. I can open charts with other instruments.

    - please double check that you are on 6.0.1000.2
    - try Tools->Options->Misc->Repair DB
    - do you experience the crash (a) as you are connected are (b) even as you are disconnected
    - if (a): please try to reproduce while disconnected
    - if (b): please send zipped DB to "dierk AT ninjatrader DOT com" by Help->Mail to support and refer to this post. Please send me a screenshot of your chart settings dialog as well (so I could see how you open the chart).

      Got it working

      I uninstalled through the Control Panel, deleted all NT installs, deleted Internet Temp Files then reinstalled and my charts are now working. Not sure what might have made the difference.

          NinjaTrader Application Has Stopped Working

          NinjaTrader 7 has been working fine for over 4 weeks all of a sudden it is always crashing whenever I launch it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled also restarted my computer and it is still giving me issues. Please advice. I have include an attachment for you to see the message I'm getting

            Can you please send an email to our platform support team with your log & trace files so we can further troublehsoot this item? You can send a new support email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com.

            Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your support email so that we can investigate this matter further:
            • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents
            • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder
            • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email
            • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders
