cant place stop?

Hi

I cant place a buy stop or sell stop on the TF mini russell 2000

I told my broker they are looking in to it, but thought I give you

a message also, maybe you can find the fault quicker.

The message I am getting is

Combination order type "stop" and time-in-force " Day" not supported by exchange "Nybot" Affected Order. Buy 1 Stop @593.5

You mean, I cant place a stop at all? This done seem right?

Is that link you give me for my broker. Im not much of a tech person

I cant trade with out stops

"ICE will only offer Stop Limit Orders, Stop Market Orders will not be supported."

As such, you will need to use stop limits instead of stop market orders.

In the case of ATM strategies, this can be accomplished by right clicking in your order entry window and selecting properties. In the properties menu, set the Use Stop Market for Stop Loss Orders property to a value of False.

It is set to False, I have shut down Ninja and re-start, but I am getting the same message when trying to place a buy stop

Anything else I can do?

If so, are you using a stop limit?

I notice that the error message references a TIF setting of Day. You might try GTC instead.

I got it working, all I done was clicked on Simulated Orders
