Only 1 level of Bid/Ask Size on SuperDom?

Hi, I am wondering why I can only see the bid/ask size on the current bid/ask only and not further level above and below?

    Hello tjendra,

    Thank you for your post.

Please right click in the DOM and select properties.
In the properties menu, set the Show Market Depth property to False.

        Hi tjendra,

        Thank you for your reply.

Please excuse the confusion, I had thought that this was what you were trying to configure.

With the Show Market Depth property set to True, you do not see the full five levels of depth?
If this is the case, which data provider are you connecting through?
Are you authorized for level 2 data?

I use eSignal as the datafeed, not sure if I am authorized for level 2 data though. With the Show Market Depth property set to True, I do not see the full five levels of depth.

They says to use depth data from my broker. Is there some way to do that in NT? My broker is IB but my datafeed is eSignal.

                Hello tjendra,

                Thank you for your reply.

The only way to accomplish that would be to connect to IB first. Unfortunately, this would result in all data coming from IB as well.

I used IB data in NT but still only see 1 level? But in my IB tws Booktrader, I see up to 10 levels. Attached a screenshot. I already set "Show Market Depth" to True.
