    1.) Does this apply to all instruments?

    2.) Please remind me which data provider you're using.

      Unfortunately, it does apply to all instruments. (I have several newly created workspaces, each with a different instrument.) I use GAIN / Forex.com.

        Hi crmcwi,

        Can you please reset the instruments, and then recreate a chart and apply that indicator. To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Misc tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

            Hi crmcwi,

            Are you using the VolumeProfile that is pre-loaded in NinjaTrader 7 or a custom version of VolumeProfile for use with NinjaTrader 6.5?

              It's the VolumeProfile indicator that ships with NT 6.5.

                Hello crmcwi,

                Thank you for the clarification.

                Please take the following steps, then let me know whether or not the VOL indicator will plot:
                • Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
                • Then go to the Tools menu--> select Options--> select the Misc tab--> click Repair DB
                • Restart NinjaTrader
                • Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.

                  I did as you asked and there is still no volumeProfile bars showing. They did in the last release of NT 6.5, but I don't know if I've seen them since I upgraded a couple of weeks ago. I'm running 6.5.1000.15.

                  I do see VolumeUpDown on all my charts. No issues there.

                    Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

                    In the message, please include the following:

                    1.) A link to this forum thread.

                    2.) Your most current trace file.
                    You will find the trace file in the My Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5 > Trace folder.
                    Today's trace file will be named 'trace.20100622.txt'.
