    Can't cancel orders and sim data problems

    Hello,

    I haven't been able to cancel multiple orders in Ninja no matter what method (...and I've tried everything I can think of!) I try....chart trader, DOM, etc.

    I've included a screen capture at the URL below to show you what I'm seeing.

    I also can't get the sim data to display in my DOM for the stock symbol APOL. I'm using IQFEED so I have live data.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hello timfor,

    Thank you for your post.

    First, if this is a live trade please contact your broker to manage the position.

    Once you have closed the position with your broker please repair your database to remove the order from NinjaTrader.

    To repair your database please go to Tools--> Options--> Misc--> and click Repair DB.

    If this does not remove the order then the order will be removed when your broker resets their servers.


    If the order was submitted to the sim101 account please reset the sim101 account.
    To reset the sim101 account please go to Tools--> Options--> Simulator--> and click Reset


    Can you please confirm you are using the Dynamic SuperDOM when attempting to view APOL.

    In order to view equities data you must use the Dynamic SuperDOM, only Futures are available in the Static SuperDOM.

      Thx for your help on the order problem. I was using sim and have now fixed it.

      For the superdom problem, I'm using the dynamic superdom and I still have the problem of it not showing any price data at all.

      Still need help with this one.

        Hello timfor,

        Please confirm you receive live data in the Orders tab of the Control Center.

        Do you currently have APOL available from the Instrument drop down window within the Dynamic SuperDOM? If not please add this instrument to your Default list.
