Zen Fire not listed among data providers

I 'm trying to set up Zen fire data feed with ninja.
I'm following my brokers instructions but Zen fire is not listed among data providers. What did I miss?

I forgot to mentioned that I already have Ninja full license, hance, registering for Ninja free software accomplished nothing here.

Hello,

First make sure your firewall allows NT access to the internet.
If that does not work tell us what providers are listed when you go to Tools>account connections>add.

Licenses are data provider specific. If you feel it is not a zen-fire license, email our sales department at sales at ninja trader dot com.

Hello Ben,

There is no with firewall. I have barchart, Esygnal. Gain, IQFeed, Gain, OpenTick, Patsystems, Yahoo listed as providers. For the past years I was with PFG BEst, recently ( last 7 days ) switched to Global Futures. Last few days I have been with Mirus Futures.

It looks like your license is for patsystems. The licenses are not broker specific but broker technology/data feed specific. Send us an email via help > mail to support and we will test and/or regenerate your license for whatever broker technology you want. Mention what you want in the email.
