    Data loading error and chart gap

    Hello,
    This morning I get an error message while my live connection is connecting. "Error on loading chart data for 6E 12-09 Globex Exception of type 'SystemOutOfMemoryException' was thrown" The identical error message is thrown for the ES 12-09 contract also, and my ES 12-09 charts have a gap from yesterdays close until the time of the data connect today. They should be 24 hour charts, and normally are. One other message I got today is "MarketData request was rejected:unknown instrument {6e 03-09}, which isn't in my list of instruments and hasn't been since 2 contract rolls back.
    I'm using Ninja with Trading technologies data feed on a Windows XP Pro computer.

    I and another friend are getting the same problems - using zenfire.

        OK, some more news:

        Can you please disconnect from your data feed provider and go to Tools-->Options-->Misc-tab and click Reset Instruments.

        Restart NinjaTrader and go to Tools-->Options-->Misc-tab once more and click Repair DB.

        Connect to your data feed and check if the error message persists.

          The error message for the ES and 6E is gone, although the message about the unknown instrument 6E 03-09 still appears and again is not in my list of instruments. The gap in time for data on the ES is now from yesterdays, day session close at 3:15 pm central to roughly 1:00 am central, and on the NQ it is from yesterdays day session close to roughly 12:24 pm last night.
          Thank you for your help, I'll check back to see if you have any other input on the data gap.

            Hi,

            Not sure why the old instrument should show up. If I'm correct it should not effect any of your trading.

            As for the gap, there was an issue with the data server earlier where we had an outage. Data was not recorded during this time.
