Missing data on the chart

    Missing data on the chart

    If I close the NT without closing the workspaces first it is very common that next day I open the NT there is data missing on the charts. I try to repard DB but it does not help. I have to reinstall the whole thing to get the data appear again.

    Please see the enclosed PrtScrn.

    So any other way to get rid of this bug?

    NinjaTrader v6.5.1000.9
    Windows XP
    Home Edition
    Versio 2002
    Service Pack 3
    AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual
    2G RAM
    2MB ADSL

    Hello SG,

    Please clear your browser cache and download & install NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.14 on top of your current version at the link below.


    To what data feed provider are you connected?

    What happens if you right click in the chart and select 'Reload Historical Data'?

    In addition, please double click the chart and check what session begin and end times are used by the chart.
