ninja wont connect, get error

    ninja wont connect, get error

    Unable to connect to database "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;UserID=Admin;Dat a Source=C:\Users\Susie\Documents\NinjaTrader6.5\\db \NinjaTrader.mdb':ObjectSpace: Connection String is Invalid - Unrecognied dataabase format 'C:\Users\Susie\Documents\NinjaTrader\6.5\db\Ninga Trader.mdb'

    Thats the error, I have uninstalled several times and reinstalled the previous version. It says installation complete. Then when I try to start program get this error.

    Any help appreciate

    In the message, please include the following:
    1.) A link to this forum thread.
    2.) Your most current trace file.
    You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

      2009-11-10 trace file the most current.

      Now it also says installation package fatal error

          I am getting the exact same error as you. Have you managed to work out how to fix it?

            Could you please proceed as per post #2. That way we can investigate your trace file and troubleshoot from there.

              Thanks NinjaTrader_Jason, I have already done that and have had the problem fixed.

              Basically the problem was caused by the fact I have NinjaTrader installed on a network drive. I followed the instructions here http://www.ninjatrader-support2.com/...ead.php?t=2441, but this still did not fix my problem. The only way I could get NinjaTrader back up and running again was to rename the NinjaTrader.mdb and restart NinjaTrader.

              Just posting my solution in case anyone else has the same problem.
