    DAX spikes

Never had this many spikes in price action in the DAX before, spikes as wide as 30 points, and multiple times! Is there a problem with my feed/charting? ES is showing none of this inconsistencies.

    Hello superarrow,

    Thank you for your post.

Which data provider are you using with NinjaTrader?

        Hi superarrow,

        Thank you for your reply.

This issue originates from the Zen-Fire side. Zen-Fire is aware of the issue (which effects only Eurex instruments) and is working on a fix.

              NT Support response less favorable

              NT Support,
Considering a few people had major issues with Zenfire data for eurex instruments, I would would have anticipated a constructive response from NT Support. Not silence. Afterall, this is a forum for users seeking resolutions to issues beyond their scope. Why else would I bother wasting my time in these forums?

NT Support - a response like 'we are looking into it' or whatever would be helpful, even if you intend to do nothing. Going quiet is worse. Other vendors do that. I believe NT is better and that is why I bought a licence.

                well superarrow,
                this is a datafeed problem - not a NinjaTrader-issue.
the only reason i post it here is that the guys who have the same problem + search for the reason - that they can see that it is not local or in NT but that it is a problem of todays feed /dataprovider. this means you are not alone with it but you cant do anything - maybe report it to your broker, sit back + wait till its fixed.
thats the basic reason why we collect this here on the forum.

Data feed spikes still occuring. FESX. Appears to be the eurex exchange only. Annoying

Kyle's post #4 is accurate, complete and provides you all information we're having at this time and by no means could be interpreted as "going quiet". Not sure what else you would expect from NT support.

We'll keep you posted as soon as we have an update.

I take my impulsive reply back. I do realize now that eurex is the issue. Was frustrated by a few issues, much of which is to do with NT charts in general - defaults not saving, backup not working etc.

                      Thanks for the response.

My FDAX historical data is still messed up. Any chance on getting the right one on the charts?
