Ideal No. of strategies that can be loaded on one ninja

Please advice how many strategies can be loaded on one Ninja platform so that it runs smoothly. Can i load 5-6 strategies together

kassaindia, it's hard to say per se, but your 5-6 should be fine if you run this on up-to-date specs / hardware.

If Iam using a latest intel core2 duo upto how many can i go safely 20-30 or less. What is generally the practice or generally how many strategies are generally loaded by traders on 1 platform.

kassaindia, many variables come into play here and I can't really 'predict' how this will work out in your environment - generally you want to avoid loading those on charts and start them up for trading via the Strategies tab to help reduce load. Are those all tick or minute based strategies?

They are all minute based. I can understand it is difficult to say but you can give a range to help me.

Minute based is defnitely lower on resources as for example tick based and then also updating on each tick - personally I have run for example 10+ without issues on a Quad core machine using 4 GB RAM with no other major applications besides this, worked stable for me....
