Problems with fesx charts

Good night from Spain,

i have problems with FESX charts. I normally use Range Alt charts and as you can see, the chart is not usefull.


How can i fix it?.

Thank you for your post.

This issue originates from the Zen-Fire side. Zen-Fire is aware of the issue (which effects only Eurex instruments) and is working on a fix.

Thank you for your reply.

The historical data will continue to display this issue. The only work-around would be to use a separate data provider. BarChart.com, DTN.IQ and eSignal all offer a 'data-only' service which may fit your needs.

I have other provider. It is Interactive Brokers, but i have tried to display Range charts with it and i haven´t got anything with historical data in FESX. Can i fix it if i export historical data from other software?, so if it is posible, could you help me to make it, please?.

Range charts are built from tick data. Unfortunately, IB does not offer historical tick data.
