ATM strategy not allowing 2 contract

I have an ATM strategy that works on 2 contracts. For example when my plan is to go long when the market is below the price at which I intend to enter the market I simply park my order with ATM strategy at that price ( above current market price ) . However, often, my signal to enter can be on both ends ( I'm trading range bars ) and when I attempt to enter the same ATM below the market price it places the order but only for 1 contract which negates the entire ATM strategy. Any help will be appreciated.

    Hello tomek001,

Please ensure 'Qty' (ChartTrader) and 'Order qty' ('...'-button) is set to a quantity of 2 upon submitting the sell order.

      Jason,

the Order Qty is set to 1 in Dome. Within ATM strategy two targets are defined. When I place my first order it places an order for two contracts as intended. It is when I place the second order ( on the oposite end of the range bar ) is when i contract is removed. To summarize , Order Qty is set to 1 both times.

Ok, so you submit the order in the SuperDOM, correct?

Please have 'Order qty' set to 2 when submitting both entry orders and check again.

Scale quantity get in the way

                  Jason,

I thought I had it but not quite ..
As long as Scale quantity in Super Dome properties is set to 1 ( which I need ) instead of zero, the value saved Order Qty. in ATM template will be ignored on the second order.
                  Any ideas ?

                    Jason,

There appears to be more to it .... when the order gets executed my two targets are reduced to one.

                      Hello,

Sorry I am jumping in here, but post a screen shot of your ATM parameters.

                          Hello,

                          Sure:
To post a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and post the file as an attachment.

                              Hello,

You cannot use "5 -4" in a strategy. It must be 5 or 4. What are you trying to do?
