    Minute charts won't build

    Hi folks. Further to a post I made in early November, my NT6.5 will still not build minute charts for the FOREX market. I have today had it running for 3 hours & nothing shows up. I can build the FOREX as tick charts, I can take live & SIM trades on the tick charts but the minute simply refuses to build.
    I have completely un-installed & re-installed 4 times now with no different result. My broker is PFGBest. any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Leon, as you reinstalled - did you delete the NinjaTrader 6.5 folder in MyDocuments prior to it?

    Any errors in the log tab showing as this occurs?

    It would be helpful if you contacted me via the Help > Mail to Support feature so I can review the logs, thanks

      I am not sure about the log tab, but yes I did delete the file from My Documents.
      I also just attempted to send the email as you requested but it will not process.
      If you tell me which file from the My Documents section, I can email that for you as an attachment.
      I have lost all my historical data, so I'm not sure if the info you are looking for would till be in there.

        Hi,

        Can you confirm you are on NT 6.5.1000.14 and PFG API 1.0.434. If not, please upgrade to these versions.

        If you still need to send your log, you can attach them to an email from Start--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> Log--> log.20091126 (yesterday).

          I can confirm I am running NT 6.5.1000.14 however the version of PFG API was 1.0.0.433.
          I have since updated this to PFG API 1.0.434, & restarted the computer.
          It has however made no difference. Still can only get FOREX charts to build as tick charts.
          I will send you via email the log file marked to your attention.
