IB connection failed?

    IB connection failed?

    Please can someone tell me when I am logged in to TWS on IB then I open NT it and try to connect to the same UName and PWord it wont let me connect?

    Hello james377,

    Can you please close TWS and try the connection again. Make sure you have 'Auto logon' enabled in the connection.

    If the issue persists, I suggest to recreate your IB connection as per the instructions at the link below.
