    TD Ameritrade datafeed stalls

    I recently switched over to a TD Ameritrade market data connection for testing my strategies in Simulation. The connection connects fine, and promptly displays data in the market analyzer screen.

    I create several new charts ^DJIA 1min, 15, 60...etc. I am having probelms were the data freezes intermittenly. I notice that the charts and the market analyzer no longer update. Some times it reconnects, perhaps as 5-7 minutes later, and other times it does not, at least in the timeframe i have chosen to wait for it.

    During these "stalls" i have a System command window running a ping to www.google.com , just to verify that indeed my internet connection is working and thus far that appears to be the case.

    Are there any settings to be edited, or has this been a known issue?

    Thank you for your post.

    1.) What version of NinjaTrader are you using? (Help > About)

    2.) Do you see any lines referencing disconnections in the log tab of the Control Center when this occurs?

      1) NinjaTrader Ver 6.5.1000.14

      2) the only entries in the log pertaining to disconnetions correspond to myself manually closing the connection and reconnecting after several minutes have elapsed where the connection is stalled. The status message box in the lower left hand corner of the Control Center Gui, still shows a green background, "Connected - TD Ameritrade" when the connection stalls.

              TD ameritrade data stalls

              I am also having this problem. I have maintained an earlier version of 6.5.1000.8 because it stalls but restarts. I just down loaded 7 14 beta and am having the same problem. What is the fix?
