NT can't find QM, E7 from IB

I have connected using Live license and when tried to add QM, E7 to charts, it says no security definition found from IB,
I am paper trading these in TWS of IB, so symbol does match. also I it can do backtesting/optimising etc, just can't pull a chart to add a strategy.
data is connected to IB paper acct

Hi,

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Our current version is V6.5.1000.14 which you can find under Help--> About.

In addition, try resetting your instruments under Tools--> Options--> Misc tab--> Reset Instruments and then add the instruments to your default instrument list in the Instrument Manager.

Also check what exchange is selected for both instruments.

I reset the instruments and restarted. and now doff problem.
I dont see zen fire connection anymore and cant even add a new one. only see IB.how do I get back zen connection

Are you using a Live license? If so, is this a Single Broker or Multi Broker license?

In addition, try restarting the software. See if you can add Zen-Fire back.

Otherwise send a note to support at ninjatrader dot com with your license and refer to this post. Then put in the subject 'For Vince'.

I use signle broker Live license.
yes, I did try to restart NT, still can't see sen fire

If you have a Single Broker license for IB, you will not have Zen-Fire available. You need to upgrade to the Multi Broker license for this.

To upgrade contact sales at ninjatrader dot com and they will further assist.
