I am using a range chart with IB as a data provider. This morning I lost the api connection and lost data for several hours and I am not sure how I can restore the data. I tried restarting both apps, ninja and TWS, but for whatever reason, the range chart is not loading the historical data for the missing period. Is this a expected behavior? I thought IB provides 1-2 days of historical tick data...
Please let me know how I can restore the missing data.
