Time of day indicator

I am looking for a simple indicator that will show a green dot or line when the time of day is between 2 AM and 8:30 AM and A darker green from 8:30 AM until 10:30 AM and Red the rest of the time. All Chicago Time which is the default time of my computer. Does anyone know of anything like that on the board and if so where?? I am not a C# programmer obviously.

Unfortunately I am not familiar with that indicator. We do have over 100 indicators on our Support Forum that may be downloaded for Free and used within NinjaTrader that may be similar.
