Not able to make payment thru Paypal

I want to purchase Ninja, although my credit card is registered in Paypal and has ample limit, but still my transaction is being rejected for some reason...

I tried paying direct thru credit card, but i get the message that 'Process your payment thru Paypal only'.

Kindly give me instructions to enable me pay thru my credit card
