    time and sale

    Im having problems with the time and sale window. for some reason it doesn't display it correctly, i have attached a picture so you can see what im talking about. Using ninja 6.5.1000.14

    Thanks for posting the screenshot - have you already tried updating / reinstalling your graphics driver fresh? If yes, then I would also reinstall the .NET framework and then recheck the issue.

      i already updated the graphic driver and reinstalled .net, but it doesn't work. The thing is that it does that randomly, so it'll work for most of the day, and then it just stops printing correctly.

        Hmm, then please contact us via the Help > Mail to Support feature so we can review the trace and log files from the software for ideas as to why this may occur.

          I can't... it won't let me. I tried three times, and I have no firewall or antivirus running

            Unfortunately this happens on some connection setups -

            Can you then please send me your trace and log files manually from the software?

            You can find those files here -
            Logs - MyDocuments > NinjaTrader 6.5 > Log
            Trace - MyDocuments > NinjaTrader 6.5 > Trace

            Please send me the files from the date of the issue to review.

            If those files are larger than 3 MB, please email them to me via a service like
            www.yousendit.com (or RapidShare, MediaFire).

              time and sales

              I found the problem. This only happens when the market is making a new high/low on the day. Thats when it starts printing garbage..... other than that it prints it just fine. Would you know the cause of this?

                Hello playafh69,

                Unfortunately I am not sure what might cause this behavior.

                What screen resolution is used as per your monitor? Make sure you use a minimum resolution of 1024 X 768 as per the link below.


                In addition, please send us the requested files as per post #6.

                  I have a 30" monitor.. resolution is much higher. Like I said it only does it when the market makes new HOD or LOD.... is there a way I can delete the default setting on the time and sales window to original settings. I already sent the files that you requested. you guys should have it. He said he couldn't find any problems

                    I see. Please see the attached screenshot for the default settings of the Time and Sales window. I suggest to modify it manually.

                    You would need to delete your workspace to have it automatically convert back to the default settings.

                    In addition, I suggest to try the lower resolution of 1024 X 768 and check if this might make a difference.
