Placing SL & Target Price with Chart Trader Menu

Good Morning,

I am a new user of NT and I do not understand how Chart Trader works.

I would like to place a SL (Exit Price), a Target price and an Entry Price on my chart with the Chart Trader Menu (right click) but I cannot place a SL and Target Price.

How does it work ?

Steven, welcome to our forums and thanks for the kind words!

First step would be creating an ATM template for your needs -

Next, select this template then in the ChartTrader ATM strategy dropdown box before you place the entry.

Then enter the market - NinjaTrader would apply the created ATM settings then for managing your exits.

I have another question regarding FX trading and simulated feed.

I Sell 10 000 EUR/USD at 96.6461

I place a a Buy Stop at 96.6491 with OCO (Stop Loss)
I place a Buy LMT at 96.6433 witch OCO (Take Profit Price)


But with the simulator, when i reach the Buy LMT @ 96.6433 I have to wait until there is enough liquidity.

How can I fix this because in live trading I will not have liquidity problem on FX with 10 000 $

Steven, please try checking 'Enforce Immediate Fills' under Tools > Options > Simulator.
