Any problems with trading YM on NT?

    Any problems with trading YM on NT?

    Today I was trading YM, mkt hit my stop, twice, got a voice confirm of order being hit, but orders stayed on SuperDOM price ladder. As mkt popped up and headed south I hit CLOSE button and found myself short 5 YM, kinda un-expectedly. Covered 'em a few ticks lower, but this is the first problem I have had.

    Any thoughts?

    What you did was hit close which either sent a market order to sell 5 or modified your target to exit. At the same time, your stop loss was getting filled. You then got filled on both orders. NT isa reactive application. It can only update information based on information provided by the broker connection. Although the market traded at your stop price, what happened was that there was a delay in the broker sending the new filled order state for your stop. I have had this happen to me as well. Thereare many variables that can cause this such as issues at the exchange, brokers servers, internet etc...

      Just happened again - same scenario.

      Stop was hit, mkt bounced, mkt traded thru my stop, order appears to be executed, but all orders show up on price ladder. I hit close then was given a long by NT. I am getting VERY nervous by NT.

      Lost again, both ways.

      Can you look at the logs or something? I need an explantion better than its the internet. When the same thing happens twice in one day, its not an anomaly


      Stops are being shown as open orders in Order Tab for NT. The stop line is red, but the box showing how many lots is grey - why is that? When I do NQ, that box is green.

            Using 'old' version today, no probs to report - still diggin' the product.

            Any ETA on fixing probs from last week?

              Fixed in 4.0.37 released Friday.

                Just so I fully understand, v 4.0.37 is the correct one to use? I downgraded to 4.0.35 on Friday, so I should upgrade back to 4.0.37 today?

                Is that correct?
