    Data not filling in on new YM chart

    I opened a YM chart at 1510ET or so... I'm getting an error:
    "Error on loading chart data for... Connection to data server is not available right now. Please try again later" its been 15 minutes so far...

    I've had this contract of YM in the Market Analyzer all day. Shouldn't the data have already been coming into NT all day anyway even though your data server is not available?

    I get this message more often than not. Is there an ongoing problem with providing session data?

    Thank you for your post.

    Can you please let me know who your data provider is, as this message may be related to historical data rather than the real-time data server? This may also explain why the Market Analyzer shows real-time data fine, but you still receive this message.

        Thank you for your reply.

        Please remove, repair and recreate your connection with the steps I have provided below.
        • Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
        • Then go to the Tools menu--> select Options--> select the Misc tab--> click Repair DB
        • Restart NinjaTrader
        • Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.
