Windows 7 with ninja .. any problems

I'm considering a new laptop ( just fried motherboard on the old one ). Does anyone trade ninja on Windows 7 ?
I would appreciate any feedback ...

It appears windows 7 ( home edition ) presents some problems, however, I have seen few posts from individuals using windows 7 pro. with ninjatrader reporting smooth sailing.

For anyone that sees this post in the future NinjaTrader now officially supports Windows 7 with NinjaTrader 6.5. Here is our updated minimum PC requirements with NinjaTrader 6.5. The website will reflect this once NinjaTrader 7 is released.

Below are the system requirements for NinjaTrader:

• Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows Server 2003 Operating System *
• Minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768
• Minimum P4 Processor or higher
• 1GB RAM or higher on XP and 2GB or higher on Vista and Windows 7
• Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 (pre-installed on most PCs or can

* 64 Bit OS is not currently supported

Works ok apart from 1 weird glitch when I turn off window drag/drop in properties.
It currently makes my mouseclick selection go 1 bar off occasionally - it may well be a coding issue but it didn't do this on my Vista machine.

are you using zenfire by any chance? I'm about to purchase a new system and want make sure that I install ultimate win 7 there will be no issues whatsover. I have heard otherwise.

Any version of Windows 7 is supported for NinjaTrader 6.5 as long as it is 32 bit.

NinjaTrader 7 will include support for windows 64 bit operating systems.

NinjaTrader 7 is in the later stages of beta testing is scheduled to be released soon. There is no release date for NinjaTrader 7 yet. Please visit the below link for information on NinjaTrader 7 features and release information:
