Great, not 100% sure - could have been your 3rd party custom study install process.

Did you import any custom indicator or strategies that would use for authentification perhaps?
1. Open any indicator in the NinjaScript editor
2. Right click in it > References > Add
3. Look for the System.Web.Services.Dll from the C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727 folder (might be a different 2.0 .NET build # for you specifically) and add it back into the references list.
4. Recompile all by pressing F5
5. Does it compile then without issues?
