[ IB/TWS+NT ] level2 data futures issue

Hi there, and happy new year guys!!!!!

Sorry to disturb you, but NT doesn't seem to show me correctly the market depth data for ECBOT or globex futures.

I can see these data perfectly in my tws, but not in NT.

For example I can see perfectly 10yrs note (ZN) but data for 5yrs note (ZF) simply doesn't appear in NT.

Charts and T&S work fine in NT for every contract. Problem is only the DOM.

I'm using tws 901 and NT 6.5 (looking forward to change into NT7)

Any idea?

At this time we support TWS 900, the version 901 you have is not supported. You need to roll back to TWS 900. You can do this from our website here:

In addition, please check if you are on V6.5.1000.14 of our software. You can check this under Help--> About.

If you aren't, send a note to support at ninjatrader dot com and refer to this post. I will send you upgrade instructions then.
