    Login problem

    I'm unable to log in since cca noon CET. Everything was working fine before that during the morning.

    I use the Zenfire feed.

    The message problem numbers when trying to log in are 100001 & 10004.

    Hi,

    Please reboot your machine and try to connect again. If that doesn't help, check your firewall. Disable your settings and see if you can connect.

      nothing helped, still getting the "unable to log in(10001)" message

        The only thing I can think off is the following:
        - Remove your account connection
        - Exit and restart NinjaTrader
        - Recreate the account connection
        - Connect

        Also make sure nothing is preventing NinjaTrader to connect to the internet. Check all firewalls, pop up blockers and/or Anti Virus software.

        If that all doesn't help I suggest contacting your broker.

            This error has nothing to do a with a subscription.

            Please take a look at the link I included in my first response. That would be the official answer on it.

              Has anybody else had these 10001 problems today?

              My firewall settings have not been changed before the crash & when I turned everything off that didn't help either.

              I tried changing the internet connection but I'm still getting the same response.

              I checked the license & removed/made new connection, no help.

              Is there anything else I can try from my end?

                Have you talked to your broker yet and were they able to clear things up?

                    There's nothing more we can do at this point.

                    What you could do is to send me your username and password so I can test on my end to see if I receive the same error or am able to login.

                    You can send it to support at ninjatrader dot com, refering to this post and put in the subject 'For Vince'.
