TF chart not updating

    TF chart not updating

    Hi,

    TF 03-10 was working fine last week. Now the chart won't update. I looked at the log and see "MarketData request was rejected: unknown instrument (TF 03-10)". However, the chart did get some data from today.

    NQ and ES are working. Of course, they are from a different exchange.

    It is a connection to TT.

    My broker said to contact you. Any ideas?

    Can you please tell me who your broker is.

    Does it make a difference if you restart NinjaTrader and try again.

    Do you receive real-time data in the SuperDOM or Control Center when you select the TF 03-10?

      Broker is Advantage Futures.

      No real time data in DOM or Control Center.

      I tried a different workspace.
      I tried a new chart.
      I tried reset of the database.
      I tried removing TF from my instruments list and adding it back.
      I tried restarting Ninja.
      I tried rebooting my system.

        Hello Folls,

        Can you please contact your broker and check if you setup the TF correctly.

        Upon trading the TF with Trading Technologies, configuration can differ per broker. Please see the release notes link below.


        NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.7

        Support for TF on ICE - You must check with broker to see if they will support it and for proper configuration instructions

          It's been working fine for 2 weeks. It stopped working today. They logged into my system with their support group and set up TF. I haven't changed anything.

          When I talked to them today, they said everything is working fine on their end. They knew of nothing more they can do and I should email you.

            There are no issues with the software; when I test the TF on a different data feed, I receive data as expected.

            Unfortunately I am not sure how you should setup the TF with your broker. I suggest to check how the TF should be setup and check if it is setup that way in NinjaTrader, eventhough you did not make any changes.

            If the issue persists, please send me your TT connection information and the configuration instructions for the TF with your broker, so I can test it on my end.
