    no data in chart

    Hi,

    This is baffling me and I'm not sure where to look.

    I have connected to IQFeed and on the 'Orders' tab I can see the data for the instrument that I have selected (ES ##-##) coming in in real time, it also appears in the diagnostics, but when I try and view the chart of the same there is no data present.

    Any ideas, it is driving me mad, especially when a friend of mine has it working correctly.

    Does the chart receive real-time data or does it remain blank?

    I suggest to try the following steps. Restart NinjaTrader and go to Tools-->Options-->Misc-tab and click Repair DB.

    Connect to IQFeed and create a brand new ES ##-## chart and check if the requested data is loaded.

    Could it be continuous data is not supported as per your IQFeed connection? Perhaps you can test your friend's connection on your end and check if you do receive the requested data.
