    Zenfire connection to Eurex Problem

    Good morning,

    having problems with the Zenfire datafeed (Eurex). It has no data of the first ~2,5 hours from todays trading day.

    Tried it with different accounts (Broker and Demo account), reloaded historical Data from Eurex markets and repaired the NT DB but nothing helped.

    Please let me know if anyone else if having this problem or if it is a "local PC" problem. Thank you!

      I am having exactly the same problem, plus if i switch the chart from 5 mins say to volume base then switch back to the 5 mins it has lost all the data from this morning and only starts to show data from the time i switch back to the 5min basis...

        Thanks for reporting.

        I will contact Zen-Fire to see if there's a server issue.

        I'll post an update once I know more.

          Hi All,

          Received an update from Zen-Fire, there was no issue earlier this morning. What they do wanted to know if you can check if in your account connection set up 'Historical Data server' is Enabled. Please check this and see if all is back to normal once enabled.

            this was/is enabled, so that wasn't the problem in my case...

                The account connection setup is fine... incidentally, I am also running NT 7 beta and there are no problems with the data on that setup... this is a 6.5-only issue.

                  Hi,

                  That is correct. There was a failure to record historical data for Eurex and other European exchanges. US instruments were not affected.

                  All should now have overcome. Disconnect and reconnect should do to the trick.

                  In V7 this has been corrected.

                    Tried disconnecting/reconnecting & turning off/on, neither helped. Data still missing.

                        US instrument like TF is affected too , the data disappeared after I reload the historical data ,today the first bar time is EST 9:30

                            ninja trader, zen-fire, i am a big advocate of you guys and i have converted a lot people to you from the likes of tradestation and esignal, charting and execution, on the basis of speed of execution, but we are technical analysts, so our historical (todays!) charts are key, and there is lot of negative stuff out there about you guys, this has happened to me three times now, why? C'on guys its not about speed of response when something goes wrong, which you are good at, its about nothing going wrong in the first place.

                              Unfortunately this issue is beyond NT's control. However, NT7 using the latest version of ZenFire API did not exhibit this issue. For that reason we believe that NT7 should improve the situation.
