E-signal connection problems

E-signal connection problems
I use e-signal as my data provider for the index charts. Just today, I have not been able to start up those charts and keep getting an internal tick problem message. Can you please help me fix this problem. Thanks in advance. G-Tags: None

Can you please tell me if you are solely connected to eSignal or not. If not, please inform me of the connection sequence being used.
Have you tried creating new charts via File-->New-->Chart?
In addition, please try a restart of NinjaTrader as well and let me know if the error persists.JasonNinjaTrader Customer Service

I use amp futures for my futures charts
Whe I open Ninja, I first coonect to amp live and then connect to e-signal for my index charts. G

I am not exactly sure which indices you refer to. Could you please provide me the NinjaTrader symbols or did you create these indices manually in the Instrument Manager?
If so, please provide me the eSignal symbol.
In addition, does it make a difference if you are solely connected to eSignal in NinjaTrader?JasonNinjaTrader Customer Service

These is what I am charting
I just rebooted my computer and I am getting the same message. When I am in ninja, these are the exact symbols I use, right from the ninja directory.

^sp500
qqqq
spy
dia

I tested it on my end and I did not experience any error, see screenshots.
Can you please close the existing charts and create new ones via File-->New-->Chart. Check if the error persists.
If so, please try the following. Disconnect from any data feed and go to Tools-->Options-->Misc-tab and click Reset Instruments.
Subsequently create brand new charts again and check if the issue remains.JasonNinjaTrader Customer Service

Problem happens when I try and connect to e-signal
I am able to connect to amp live no probel, but whan I click on connect to e-signal, I am getting the this message box. Here is a snap shot link of the message. G

I suggest to remove the current eSignal connection and recreate a new one.
Please go to Tools-->Account Connections, highlight the eSignal connection and click Remove. Click Add and follow the instrcutions at the link below.
Check if the error persists.
If so, please reboot your PC and login to the eSignal Data Manager and check if you are successful. Subsequently try connecting to eSignal from within NinjaTrader once more.JasonNinjaTrader Customer Service
