    Login failed

    Hello,

    today I obtain login information for demo training with Globalfutures but I can't connect to live data. NT still show me this message: "Login failed: Unable to login, error 7: Invalid login, user account disabled".

    Can you help me please?

    Hello Franky9,

    Please contact Global Futures and ask for new login information.

    Create a new Patsystems connection as per the instructions at the link below.


    Make sure all information is entered exactly as you receive it from your broker. Watch for case sensitive information.

    Subsequently check if the error message persists.
