prior day 15 minute data disappears overnight

Am I supposed to shut down ninja trader every night?

Running latest NT 6.5 with eSignal feed and no Broker.

I'm currently charting only US equities and indices.
I link market analyzer to 15minute, daily and weekly charts.
I leave NT running and connected all night to eSignal.

When I look at the chart the next morning the 15 minute chart shows no data for the prior day. However, the data was displayed during the prior day.

Reloading Historical Data displays the prior days data.
When I visit another chart and return, yesterdays bars are gone again.
So, to see a chart that includes the prior day's data I have to always reload historical data.

If I restart NT and reload historical data, then the prior day minute bars stay.

I have tried resetting the database and got the same behavior the next day.

I have deleted all historical data for each equity and reset the database.
I still get missing bars the next day.

This doesn't happen to every stock or index.
There are always a few that are affected.

Any clue what I'm doing wrong would help?

Thank you for your forum post.

You may have a corrupt database that is incorrectly storing the realtime data. This can happen if NinjaTrader is shutdown improperly.

Please send a note to [email protected] ATTN:Brett, please attach trace files for today and yesterday and we can continue to diagnose from there.

You can find these files at the following locations, please attach these to a return email:
Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> Trace--> trace.20100128 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)
