sell a lifetime license

I hardly use my NJ and wonder if I can sell my lifetime license to somelse who might use it more. Can I sell it online ?

The NinjaTrader Lifetime License terms does not allow the individual who purchased the license key to transfer, barter or sell the license key to another individual. Please see this portion of the NinjaTrader Lifetime terms...

The "lifetime" payment entitles the purchaser to a perpetual
non-transferable NinjaTrader license in accordance to the provisions and
terms of the NinjaTrader license agreement. It cannot be sold or
bartered in the future and if such actions are taken the license can be
terminated at NinjaTrader sole discretion.

Hi Ryan,

I understand that I cant resell it. My question is that suppose if I have a lifetime license on my name, can I trade using multiple accounts which are not necessarily in my name?

For example, trading using ninja trader license which is on my name with a brokerage account which is on my relatives name (Wife or brother).

Thanks for your post.
There are no regulations with this on the NinjaTrader license. They will need to contact their broker however to allow you to trade their account.

Due to European law, theses rules don't apply to European customers.
In the entire European community, anybody has the right to transfer any software licenses to anybody else.

So if NT8 license is under my brother's email address, install in our trading computer. Can I apply for NT brokerage account and enjoy the from $0.09 commission which is only for lifetime license
