    User logged in elsewhere

    Hi, I have this connection problem so far I haven't been enabled to fix.
    this is the setup.
    MBT broker.
    NT for live trading.
    QuoteTracker for data from MBT
    When I connect to MBT Through NT I get "user logged in elsewhere"

    Background; this setup worked for a long time and last week this happened, so I upgraded all the software including MB Navigator to 11.3.0.4 and change/renew all passwords throughout

    Thank you for your post.

    Are you logged in through QuoteTracker or the MBT navigator prior to trying to connect through NinjaTrader?

      Thanks for repying so fast.

      Ether way NT first or QT first same problem.
      I launch NT fist and then QT then NT log me off.
      If QT running and then launch NT same thing.

        If you connect through NinjaTrader only, does all work as expected?

        If so, this would indicate that multiple connections to the same account are not allowed. You would, however, need to confirm this with your broker.

          NT stand along it works only when I launch QT I get logged off and no my broker MBT has no problem with the set up.
