Zen Fire data feed
I have been using Ninja with Zen Fire for several months and have been quite happy with the service. In the last few days I have noticed a problem however. Between 930 and 1100 am EDT the data feed for the indexes, especially ES, has frozen a few times for about a minute or so. I saw gaps in my charts thereafter. This has only happened during the high volume morning hours. Is this because of the servers getting overloaded? I thought maybe it was a problem on my side but I've been told that once the connection is in place (be it DSL or cable) the incoming data should be consistent no matter what internet speed I'm getting. Any insight would be appreciated.Tags: None

Kekkis,
There was an issue today with Zen-Fire/CBOT which should now be resolved. This resulted in the YM being frozen. All should be solved now and you should be able to use the YM again. You might want to restart NinjaTrader before you select the YM again.

Hi evensteven,
Thank you for your post.
You will need to contact a brokerage that provides the Zen-Fire datafeed as they do not offer a 'data-only' service.
The following brokers support the Zen-Fire datafeed:
AMP
Dorman Trading
King Commodities
Mirus Futures
Pheonix Futures
Rosenthal Collins (RCG)
Please let me know if I may be of further assistance.KyleNinjaTrader Customer Service
