    Login Failed

    I was unable to connect today after uninstalling and re-installing NT with the proper Licnese Key and proper broker account info.

    The error message says Please check your Account connection parameters and Internet connection. I cannot see any problems with the Broker account info or my internet connection.

    Please help.

    Hello sourcem,

    Can you please tell me to what broker you connect. I suggest to recreate your connection and ensure the username and password are entered correct. The error message indicates either the information entered is incorrectly or something on your end is blocking the connection. Usually software such as anti-virus software, spyware and firewalls are the culprit.
