Wrong range and volume for FESX on daily chart

    Wrong range and volume for FESX on daily chart

    My daily chart of Euro Stoxx 50 shows the same high low as yesterday even though it isn't. The volume is also off. I think it's adding todays voume to yesterday's. I have had this happen before with the same instrument and the German bund also traded on Eurex. I'm using IQfeed and my other charts are fine. Any idea what could be going on here?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your post.

    Can you please close NinjaTrader and then sync your PC clock. You can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.

    Once you have done that please open NinjaTrader and create a new daily chart.

    If that does not resolve the issue can you please right click and save the chart and attach the image to the forum so that I can compare to what I have on my end.

      Thanks, it's working now. I have had this problem in the mornings European time, and in the afternoon it has been showing the right values again after I reload. In the morning reloading or restarting NT has not been helping. Strange. I guess I'll have to see if it works Monday morning.

            What version are you using? Our current release is V6.5.1000.14 which you can check under Help--> About.

              I'm using that version. I synced my clock again, restarted and it's working again. It's strange though, that it's only Eurex instruments this happens with and it only seems to be in the morning.

                Hi Mpe,

                Glad to hear the data is now correct. Just curious, what is the format of the date on your PC's clock settings.

                    Can you please modify the date and time settings to lead with the month, followed by the day and then year.

                    Depending on the operating system this process may be slightly different. Please see the following link.

                              Can you please disconnect from IQFeed and then please go to Tools-->Instrument Manager and then highlight the FESX and delete.

                              After deleting please reset the instruments. To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Misc tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

                              Upon resetting the instruments please remove any FESX charts that you may have from the workspaces and then re-save. After saving the workspace without FESX charts please close and re-open. Upon re-opening please create the FESX charts and then save the workspace again.
