Also I live in New Zealand. In know from using ZenFire's web interface that my communication latency is about 250ms, so this is what I have set that option to. Currently my 'Exchange Delay' is set to 150ms - does this seem right?

Simulator setup questions
Under Tools/Options/Simulator, what does the option for 'Wait for Data (secs)' actually mean. Mine is set at 20secs, but I don't understand the explanation in the help file of how this is used.

Hello,
Thank you for your forum post.
Wait for data sets the time that the simulator will wait for market data. If wait time exceeds set value, the simulated order will be rejected. This is for instruments that you are not receiving real time data for but may be receiving historical data.
As far as the 250 ms delay you are going to want to change the Delay Comm msec to 250 if that is what your delay is where you are located. I would leave the delay exchange to its default setting and wait for data at their default settings.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
