need help - no data in charts

I am just setting up ninja for the first time. I have connected through esignal, and have a green "connected-external" tag in the lower left area of the ninja interface. When I click on File>New>Chart, I choose ES 03-10, something I regularly trade and have data for through esignal. I go with the other default settings. A new chart window pops up, but there's no data. I've changed to different time increments, different start dates, etc... but no data. Please advise.

Rather than connect to the External data feed you will want to create a connection to eSignal. The following link will take you to a page that details the steps required for creating a connection to eSignal.

can´t get data from ib for ES

I am connected to IB and it shows "Connected Interactive Brokers" on the left botton corner of the control center screen. However when i select ES 3-10 i don´t receive any data. When i open the IB worstation the data for ES is there but somehow doesn´t get through to NT plaform. I do get some other data through NT like forex, EMD but not mini SP or mini Nasdaq.

Any suggestion? Thanks

Hi,

What version of NT do you have installed? You need to be on V6.5.1000.14 which you can check under Help--> About. In addition, you need to have TWS 900 running as well.

If you have these versions please check the log tab in the control center for error messages. If there are any please let me know.
