Charts not loading up or getting stalled...
Just this past half hour, I am having difficulty in loading my workspace charts up. It is either taking a long time to load or stalled in the load process. I have tried loading charts when I am connect and not connect, same results. I know its sunday (3/7/10), but this usually does not happen. Certain markets are open, and it is frustrating that I am not able to trade in my Ninja platform. Do you know what is going on. It seems that it is difficult to load charts up on the weekends, why is that???? Very disappointing....Could you please resolve and let me know......Tags: None

Thank you for your post.
Please answer the following questions so I may further assist:- What data provider are you connecting to within NinjaTrader?
- Are you showing as connected in the lower left hand corner of the Control Center?
- Are you receiving data within the Orders tab of the Control Center?
- Are there any error messages in the Log tab of the Control Center?
- What time interval chart are you attempting to open?
- When you right mouse click within your chart are you able to Reload historical data or is the option grayed out?
- What instrument and expiry month are you attempting to load?

Also, I finally got one of my workspaces with several charts up and loaded. It took a long time, I had to open/close them until I got them loaded. But when I try to open another workspace, it is also taking a long time or stalling as well.
This only happens on weekends, but today was taking longer than usual.....
- What data provider are you connecting to within NinjaTrader? Mirus/ZenFire
- Are you showing as connected in the lower left hand corner of the Control Center? Yes, connected
- Are you receiving data within the Orders tab of the Control Center? Yes
- Are there any error messages in the Log tab of the Control Center? No
- What time interval chart are you attempting to open? Just range bars from 5 thru 8
- When you right mouse click within your chart are you able to Reload historical data or is the option grayed out? I can reload it
- What instrument and expiry month are you attempting to load? ES 3/10, NQ 3/10, 6B 3/10, 6E 3/10, TF 3/10, DX 3/10

Hi Marker,
Please rename your database.
To rename the DB:- Shutdown NinjaTrader and Go to the Start Menu
- Select My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> DB-->NinjaTrader.MDB.
- Right click on NinjaTrader.MDB and select "Rename."
- Name it "OldNinjaTrader.MDB."
- Then restart the software.

I think I figured out what is going on.
When I load a workspace up, when I am already connected to my data-feed first, this is when it takes a long time or stalled.
But, when I load up a workspace first, then I connect live to my data-feed next, then it loads up quick.
This only occurs on weekends. Strange.
During weekday, it doesnt matter if im connected live first or not, all my workspaces load up quick...
