    suggestion for indicator window

Just curious--how come the indicator window doesn't behave like a normal window that you can move by click/dragging the blue bar at the top like every other window on a PC? It is genuinely annoying to not be able to move the dratted thing out of the way. Just a suggestion for version 7--make the indicator window behave normally so you can move it around on your desktop. Thanks, Tasuki

    Hello Tasuki,

Can you please verify what indicator window you refer.

The Indicator menu window in a chart can be moved as any window.

Jason, thanks for your reply. Attached are two charts which may clarify the situation.

        Hello Tasuki,

Thank you for your reply and the clarification.

I am not seeing the same behavior on my end. I can move the indicators window just like any other window.

          Kyle,
Fascinating! (frustrating, but not terminal). The computer I'm working on has four monitors arranged in a square. Turns out that this problem occurs routinely on only the upper left monitor, where I'd been doing all my work (with other programs opened on the other three monitors).
If I move my Ninja chart to the upper right monitor, then open the indicator box, the damned doubleheaded arrow only appears if I "mouse-over" the red X in the upper right corner of the indicator box.
If I move my Ninja chart to either of the lower two monitors, the doubleheaded arrow doesn't seem to appear at all and the indicator and chart properties boxes move just like they're supposed to move in a Windows program.
Ergo, I'm thinking now that this is some weird interaction between my Nvidia display drivers and Ninjatrader. Just a guess.
I'll follow through with trace, just to see what you folks can come up with. I can't be the only person who's seen this. However, the problem is alot less worrisome than I originally thought.
          Thanks for your help,
          Tasuki
