Login failed 10001

Anyone else on the East Coast getting this from zen-fire tonight? I took my firewall down completely, repaired database, etc. and I keep getting the 10001 log in fail.

Any ideas?

Same problem here in Europe. Tried already everything.
Did also an upgrade to version 15 this weekend and running Windows 7.

Can somebody help??

Hello thalestrader and Ed,

I tested a Zen-Fire connection on my end and I was able to connect on my end.

Could you please check for software, such as (corporate) firewalls, spyware and anti-virus software, that could be blocking the connection.

Zenfire connection issues

The explanation i received was that Zenfire updated some server IP's over the week-end and it could take your internet provider 24-48 hours to reflect those changes. Hope this helps

The Zen-Fire connection error is related to an update as per DNS resolving the rz000aa names to the correct IP addresses.

Some ISP's have not picked up the changes that are necessary, which will result in the Zen-Fire connection issue.

You will be able to connect once your ISP has updated. Unfortunately we cannot force them to update faster.
